During a walk around Downtown Wilmington, not long before the mandated shutdown from the Covid-19 pandemic, I stumbled upon an alleyway that was under some kind of maintenance. I’m not well aware of this type of largescale maintenance to a building, so I apologize if my description of what’s being shown in this picture is a bit vague. Honestly I just photograph whatever I find interesting even if I don’t really know what I’m looking at. On Adobe Lightroom, I tried aiming for a gritty aesthetic while also not negating all the color out of the image.
