This was made as an assignment for a graphic design class I took not to long ago as I’m posting this. As the title of this web page suggests, It’s an original book cover for The Exiles, a short story from a collection of many others like it from Ray Bradbury’s novel The Illustrated Man (1951). The majority of the work was done on Adobe Illustrator after making some rough sketches as seen below.
